ok, i had a judgement made against me.

i contacted the ca and thought i had worked out a payment plan.

btw it was the same plan that i had offered them before the judgement.

i recieved their agreement to the plan by mail.

i had just started making payments to the plan, when they placed a lien against my checking account and immediatly took out the monies owed.

i reside in califronia, does anyone know if this was legal, or do i have any way to take action?

it really put a hurt on me, and now i have to take from my savings.

please advise if u can
