I have a medical bill that I've been disputing with the hospital and insurance agency. Now before you ask, no, I didn't dispute it correctly by giving written notice. I just used phone calls and visits to the billing department. I truly just thought it would be easy to take care of.
Anyway, the hospital sent it to a CA and the
CA immediately is asking for judgement. We never received a call or notice that they even had the account.
I called the hospital and they say that I must pay the CA and cannot pay them, the OC.
Is this correct? I'm short on time to get an answer back to the court from the summons I received so I'd appreciate any answers.
