I applied for a Citi Upromise Platinum card online on 12/8, got a 'need more processing' message, and today I got the card in the mail! $4200 CL, 10.99% APR and 0.00% for BT (for 12 mos after I do a BT)!

I know the APR is a little high, but this is my first prime card!! Woo-hoo!!

Oh, my updated fico scores:

TU - 682 (after Citibank inquiry)
Equifax - 666
I don't know the Experian score

I forgot to add - there's no annual fee!

The first one is the toughest, just pay as agreed and in a year you'll have a few more!

I am thinking about a BT from a Capital One Visa that I'm not too happy with - it's a $750 CL (used $550), with a 14.9% APR and a $59 annual fee. Is that a good idea, with the 0% BT that Citibank offers?
