Hla la compaa! I'm e-mailing a small business in Catalunya and trying to sort out a slight misunderstanding between a vendor (who speaks no English) and a customer (who speaks no Spanish.) over an online purchase.

Al banco le lleva varios das realizar la liquidacn del pago.

I assume the problem is the customer has payed and the vendor has not received the money because the bank has not 'cleared' the operation.
