my wife has two student loans with sallie mae , which have been paid off we even got a letter of satisfaction from them, but here is where the problem is on exp it shows it as account in good standing and also under potenntial negative, i disputed it last month as duplicated and they just came back saying it is reported correctly, the both accounts are $4000 and the other for $1684 both are paid for and are in the good standing of exp, but it also shows it under negative for the same amounts and also say paid, there is only 1 difference on one of the account numbers. is there any way of fixing that. she also has an old account from nelnet that was closed/transferred account back in 2001 , so i disputed not mine and it came back verified any remedy there. please help thanks in advance

please help, my wifes student loans are killing her score, especially and they are so old. thanks in advance.
