I had a defaulted tradeline with them for $8500. With all the fees, etc. it ran up to like $14K. They offered to settle for 25% which I took them up on. How can I be sure they report it properly?

Thanks. Get all the details in writing before paying the settlement. Request language included as to how the account/TL will be reported. |
