What is the name of your state? PA

This is a complicated story. I co-signed for a car, the owner WAS a friend and he needed it. He told me that he would get me off as soon as possible. Didn't happen. He missed payments, ended up not paying at all, and car got reposessed, all without my knowledge. The account was sent to collections, I was forced to pay on my credit card, and he didn't put in a dime. I took him to small claims, won judgment for over $9k. He still didn't pay, or intend to pay. I then got Sheriff's office to go to his house, and that's when he told them he was filing for bankruptcy.

So now I get a letter saying he filed for Chapter 7. I went to the creditors meeting, and my debt was the ONLY debt on file for which he was filing! He is intentionally filing so that he doesn't have to pay me.

Is there any code in the bankruptcy code that pertains to my situation? I can't afford paying these high credit card minimums, and he's at home laughing. Please someone tell me if there's a code so that I can file the paper to disagree with him discharging my debt.
