What is the name of your state? VA

I am a multiple filer in VA of previously dismissed Chapter 13s, who had a year to wait before filing again. The year was up in May of 2007. In the meantime a credit union started garnishing me back in Sep 06 for a repo'd vehicle in Feb 04. After pretty much losing more items and not able to make ends meet and a foreclosure, in order to stop the garnishment I filed a Chapter 7 two weeks ago. Now the attorney for the creditor wants to stop this filing and stated in his letter to the Trustee there must be some way to prosecute too. Is this possible?
