tuning in Romania and they're going to do all the heavy lifting for me on my $$$... Labor is really cheap there and I just supply all the parts...If it works out I will make sure that I can replicate the kit and the work as well.. Will keep you updated....

What exactly are you changing besides adding twin turbos? Things like cams, head machining, boreing/stroking?

I just purchased a 1994 840 with 208,000 kms on the odometer. Are there any tips/ advice anyone has for me on parts and service? What I should be looking to replace, things like that? The vehicle runs great, by the way, but there that little nagging in the back of my mind that says it could be better. I plan on doing alot of the work, myself, and send all the wayovermyhead technical stuff to the dealer (OMG how expensive is a tune up??). This is my first BMW, I've wanted an 8 series since the first time I laid eyes on one in Germany back in 92. It was (and still is) the baddest looking car I've seen. Right now I'm looking to replace the aux. water pump, shocks & struts, springs and headlight bulbs. In the near future i'm looking at putting magnflows on.

Bah.
