Any idea on how to clear this message off my OBC

the shop that does my work says it's a control module and it's a $700.00 part and they also showed me a service bulletin on it..Should I just keep hitting the check button? And yes I replaced all of the bulbs with the correct ones and they all work..Any thoughts??
You might not be getting a good contact in the socket, might try to clean the contact on the bulb and socket and see if that helps.
do you have rear fogs installed? If yes, then it can be a loose connector (mine lights up every now and then for the left side rear fog) Check the connector, clean contacts, use dielectric grease (not too much) and plug everything back in.
If you don't have rear fogs installed, but have the euro fog light switch (with rear fog position) then that is what is causing this to light up.

Also, do you have a euro LKM installed?

Tell your "shop" that they are high in the night for telling you it is a $700 fix ( most likely trying to sell you a new LKM)- they know not what they speak..

Check your connectors, If you wish to troubleshoot with a working LKM - give me a call, I can lend you one. If it solves your problem, I can sell it to you, if it doesn't, just send it back.

P.S. Looks like you could use a MID Pixel repair - contact me offline for that - I might be able to help you out.

Repairs?? Problems.. My 2000 Escalade just turned 50k and hasn't given me one problem since new..Now that I just wrote that watch the motor blow up..:)
H2 is from July 2002, makes it 5 years. No problems, and I love it!! Alot more comfy than the Suburban/Tahoe/Escalade (I have the air-ride suspension option - worth every penny) It is great for longer trips, the wife likes watching movies as we motor along. I drive it mostly when I am pulling my 32' Boat to the various lakes here in Texas. Normally gets 16-18 mpg on the highway, not that bad (especially if you drive a V12 8 series!!)
what part Mark I may have it for a lot less then that

I don't know off hand..But I do have it out in the car..Let me go and see if I can find it..Yes it's the LKM module. The service bulletin says the ones prior to week 27 of 1991 have a defect in the circuitry..It doesn't really bother me too much, all I have to do is push the check button after I turn the lights on at night. That's the only time the fault shows up on the OBC..
Mark- Can you point me to or have a copy of that svc bulletin?
