i have a 78 cj7 will all the bolts be SAE or will i find any metric bolts on it (metric bolts suck):brickwall You'll not only find both of them, but also a little Ford and Chevy! I have never had any metric on my 78 CJ I've had everything, and plus some strange durn bolts I couldn't even find a socket for... I have seen some metric on my 77, but all the bolts aren't original. some of them have been replaced, and some reman parts come with metrics Don't forget about those torxs bolts and nuts What could be worse than a metric torx bolt? What could be worse than a metric torx bolt? VW triple square heads, vw's in general, ford escape alternator position... and the list goes on and on and on. VW triple square heads, wow, i dont even want to know what those look like. |
