In the process of fabbing up a set of rocker guards, got some questions (need advice). Flat parts are made from 3/16x6, with a 3/16x1 piece welded for the corner (overkill advice from BESRK).
I want to put tubing on, ala poison spyder, and need some advice on things like: how long are the perpendicular pieces?, what's the bend (degrees) on the ends of the tube?, and at around what angle do they go up? These are the little things that are hard to determine from catalog pictures.

* I did use the search thing- got 77 gazillion hits. This sounded like it would take less time than reading all that.
