Home-Shine
Shine

Hey Everyone! I don't know if everyone out here is as anal about their paint jobs and keeping their truck clean as I  am but if you are, here's some great wax that I use that will give you a shine you can't believe. http://www.pssales.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=pssales&Product_Code=RT15&Category_Code=1 I don't usually reccomend products but this stuff is GOOD SHIT!! You can purchase it at Golden Gate Industries (AKA P & S) on Santa Rosa Ave, in Santa Rosa CA or online at the above address. YEAH it's a bit pricey but a LITTLE goes a LONG WAY! Even after a month worth of rain the water still beads off the truck and it's smooth as a baby's bottom or Lindor Chocolate, whichever you prefer. What's that little bottle of stuff that Toyota bundles with their vehicles? I have't found anything better. What's that little bottle of stuff that Toyota bundles with their vehicles? I have't found anything better. Not sure, I've never seen it but what I use is the same thing that folks with show cars are using. They way I figure it, if it's good enough to use on a $300,000.00 show car, it's good enough to use my my Tacoma! The key to a show car finish is not all in the wax. I put most of my effort into claying & polishing before I put the wax on. A good polish job will make the wax look good. What wax I use depends on how the vehicle is used, and sometimes what color the paint is. On dark colors I usually go with a rich carnauba. |
