Gotta 06 Camary and I have spots on my dash where the gauges are (all the clear plastic) and also where the radio is and even the transmission shifter where the different modes are i.e. park 1st etc. I think its residue from a air freshener spray like fabreeze. I cant seem to get it off. Any ideas?

If you can't get them off with glass cleaner like Stoner's or Sprayway, etc., you may have to try polishing with something like Meguiars ScratchX or PlastX.

What were the previous methods that you used to try and remove the spots?

I would suggest applying a good polish, let it sit for a minute and then hand buff it off.
Just use a good soft microfiber towel and don't rub too hard. Some Toyotas have soft plastic over the gauges and they scratch easy.

I'd try some Plastix plexiglass polish. Put it on the rag. Don't spray it directly on the gauge.
Well hey I will try all options! I did get the plasticx stuff, waiting for it to arrive. I already tried just a good wax, didnt work. I do have a microfiber cloth though and I will try this afternoon. TY!!!! Ill let you guys know if any of these work!
