Tensioner & idler pulley torque specs?

What are the torque specs for tensioner pulleys and idler pulley?
I am installing new ones, don't know how the torque specs, there is no information on Bentley manual.
'99 E36 M3
2 door coupe
50K

What is the bolt size? M8, M10? I would say that no more that 20 lb-ft on a dry bolt (M10).
