My rear end is still making a bit of a thump noise after I installed my Ground Control rear shock mounts, just to be certain everything is ok I put my car up on stands and had a look at my mounts. How tight should the two shock tower and the one middle shock bolts be? Should the two shock tower bolts be pretty darn tight?

There should be an exact torque spec -- call GC. But if you hear thunking noises have you looked VERY carefully for micro-sized rips in the metal of the tower itself, particularly around the mounting holes?

No different than stock.
